My art explores the embrace of humanity’s imperfection.

I create with a play-based, experimental approach, and explore spiritual themes as well and play with feminine shapes and movements in my work. My primary medium is visual art through illustration and mixed-media canvas work, while also using paint mediums, poetry and short-story writing, and movement to express my themes.

While I’ve been creating with various mediums since childhood, I took several years away from my primary mediums before returning again in the past couple of years. I now create as an expression of freedom from the view of creativity being a gift from God that I get to share with purpose and joy.

I enjoy speaking to authenticity in my work because I believe that it engages my audience in a meaningful dialogue with the piece and with themselves.
